At MONIQA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange according to the policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns can be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Products that have been washed, damaged, altered, or worn may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos or videos of the product so our team can review the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange an eligible product for another size or available item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are:

  • Used or worn

  • Washed or altered

  • Damaged after delivery due to customer handling

  • Missing original tags or packaging

may not be accepted for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, MONIQA will review the case and determine the appropriate return shipping arrangement.

For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection, return shipping charges may apply.
